Ich kann meinen Adobe Account nicht löschen, weil Adobe behauptet, ich habe ein aktives Abo im App Store. Das monatliche Abo von Adobe Scan habe ich am 17. Juni 2025 gekündigt. Adobe hat mich an den Apple Support verwiesen und auch der Apple Support teilte mir mit, dass mein Abo am 17.06 gekündigt wurde. Nach mehreren Besuchen. Im Support von Adobe wird mir keine Möglichkeit gewährt, mein Kundenkonto zu löschen

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience.

 

I checked the email address you used to submit this query and found that the entitlement for Adobe Scan Premium is still active and not cancelled.

 

This is the same reason you can't delete the account, as the subscription is still active on your end.

On your phone's settings, go to your profile > subscriptions > Adobe Scan > check the last day for your subscription.

 

Once it ends, you can then go ahead and continue with the account deletion process.

Unfortunately, that's not helpful. As you can see in the screenshot, I canceled my monthly subscription in the App Store on June 17th.

Can you also share screenshots of the transaction email that you received in Adobe's name or bank receipts that show that the amount is being debited through for Adobe?

 

This will help us take it further with the concerned team and share a resolution with you.
