Last pages missing/duplicates

I scanned a 34 page document using Adobe Scan for iOS and am an Adobe Pro Subscriber. After sending the 34 page document off where it needed to go, I was alerted that the last 4 pages (pages 31-34) were actually page 30 repeated another 4 times.

I definitely scanned all the document pages properly - the app replaced pages 31-34 with page 30.  Is this a glitch or a limitation by design?

Would you mind trying out another scan? While you do so, please enable screen recording and share the occurrence with us so we can investigate the issue further.

 

Also, by design, Adobe Scan should not alter any page you capture.

 

Along with the screen recording, please share a few more pieces of information:

1. The app version of Adobe Scan you are using ( go to Home-> Profile-> About Adobe Scan);

2. The iOS version you are using.

 

We recommend using the latest version of the app for the best experience.
