I just spent 8 hours going through & scanning years worth of receipts for taxes -- To find that now when I try try to use the app again -- It continues to be "loading" and remains "loading". All of a sudden my folders with various scanned pdfs are no where to be seen. WTF. I have been paying Adobe pro for years now. And this is the first time I have used this feature part of the package. I have tried deleting the app. Resetting my phone. Updating my iPhones software. It is stuck.

@Mloop ummm...Adobe Scan is a free app! And it Requires iOS 16.0 or later.

Hi @Mloop,

 

Hope you are doing well.  Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

We would like to have some more information to dig into the issue:

  1. Have you checked the different accounts you might have used with Scan (Sign in with Adobe versus social sign-in - https://adobe.ly/4mCRMMR)?
  2. Which platform do you experience the issue with? Scan Android, Scan iOS, DC web? 
  3. Are all the scanned files missing, or only some files? 
  4. When did the issue start? Any details about any actions taken then?
  5. Scan app build version, device model, and OS version.

 

Please share the above answers so we can speed up the investigation process.

 

Also, would you mind checking on the Adobe Cloud Storage portal if the files are available there or not: https://adobe.ly/4jsAM9q, and going to the Scan folder.
