Lost a pdf as the app was unable to save it

I lost a pdf where I was modifying and adding new pages everyday. Today just because it was unable to save the pages in the pdf I LOST the whole pdf! Your pdf scanner is a huge joke! Now I realise that I could literally lose all the other pdfs as such and I wonMt even be able to retrieve them back

2. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile.
