Lost a scanned copy of a file

I have lost a scanned copy saved in my adobe account 

It shows the scanned copy in the app but it shows unable to download please try later

It was a scanned copy created last year

I need it very urgently 

Need help!!

I use and Android phone and have created account using my email.
