Lost all files

Question

I was scanning all my documents with the app for iphone. Suddenly all my files disappeared. How can I recover it. I already try the cloud but is empty too. PLEASEEE HELP

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

We are looking into the issue would require some more information for further investigation:

1. Have you verified that its the same account that is logged in (Sign in with Adobe versus social sign-in)?
2. What is the platform you are using(Scan Android, Scan iOS, or DC web)?
3. When did the issue start (was there any app update or application crash, or while scanning a document)?
4. Scan app version, device model, and OS version.

Please share the above information so we can investigate further.
