Lost all files

Hi!

Looking for some help/guidance.

I recently upgraded to Iphone 15.

When I logged in to Adobe Scan app using same email id, can't find any of the files.

Checked by logging into Adbobe web account as well. The folder is empty.

Please advise.

Have you checked if you have any alternate ID for logging in? This seems like a case for logging in with a different account.
