@logan_1809 it could be a many reason why, but most likely the app didn't sync your recent scans to the Adobe cloud. I have two different adobe accounts, even though you never logged out, it's worth double-checking which account you're currently logged into within the app's settings. Sometimes an update or a glitch can log you into a different free account, or the sync just completely failed. If you can confirm you're on the right account and the files still aren't there, unfortunately, they were likely stored only on your phone and were lost when the app's data was wiped.
