lost data while changed my phone

Question

I changed from iphone 12 to iphone 15, i transferred all the data to my new phone the standard way of keeping both the phones next to each other, almost all the data got transfered expect for the data from adobe scan. though the app got transfered to the new phone but not the documents. i was using the free version of adobe scan. can any one please help me on this

@murali_6705 by any chance did you save these scans to the Cloud? If you did, make sure you enter the exact Adobe account log-in credentials on your iPhone 12 to your new iPhone 15. If not, on your old iPhone, I would manually download them to your Google Drive, on the iPhone cloud so that you can manyally upload to the iphone 15
