Lost most recent scans
Scanned in a bunch of old school notes and on my last batch program crashed. All recent scans lost. Checked all locatio, nothing. Horrible app.

Sorry to hear about such experience.
There might be some temporary compatibility issues with the device and application. However, if you have clicked "Save" after scanning the documents then those files can be retrieved through "Document Cloud" storage online even after application crashed.
You may check- https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent
If it wasn't saved then, sadly you have to repeat the process and scan again.
