Lost previous scans

I was using adobe scan without signing in and when i did i lost all my scans. Is there a way to recover them please.

Hello Dexter,

 

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the experience with Adobe Scan.

 

Generally, Adobe Scan works based on cloud sync and storage, and thus, the only option to check if the documents are saved would be to check on the document cloud portal.

I tried it before and i Just did right now and I still cannot find my
documents.

If the files are not available on the document cloud portal, then I am afraid the files are lost and have to be re-uploaded because Adobe Scan works completely based on cloud storage and files stored on local phone storage are temporarily kept until saved permanently through the applicaiton.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing has changed
