Lost previous scans

All my previous scans have gone grey. Can't fetch them. Please help to retrieve the last saved version. Thanks.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your trouble with Adobe Scan.

 

The issue you describe above is already highlighted to the team and a bug is logged. The fix would be implemented in the coming days and you will be able to retrieve and use the files as normal.

    Dear Souvik,

    I lost all scans made for years, I cannot see them neither on iPhone or on the web...

    It is a disaster!

    What can I do to retrieve my scans?
