Lost Scanned Documents

I went to access my scanned documents through the app today and the app was completely empty. So, I searched the forums for solutions and got on to my cloud. NOTHING. So disappointing. Yes, I used the same login. Yes, I checked my cloud via my PC. Yes, I uninstalled and re-installed the app. Still nothing. Anything else I could try?
