Lost scans

I had a significant number of scans that I had scanned using the app a couple of months ago which now do not show anywhere. Please help!

I should add that these were saved as PDFs, as they were completed over a number of sessions so should be available in the document cloud.  I can't find them in the app or offline in any folders, so quite concerned at present.

    Warning to those using these services - I've lost a bunch of files which they are now saying "can't be recovered". I haven't even had an explanation as to what has happened and it's been in progress for week. Extremely concerning due to the sensitivity of files that people might be trying to copy.
