Lost scans

Is there a way to retrieve scanned documents when an associated email account was closed?  My important documents disappeared six months ago and I've been slowly realizing how important they were and I need them back.

Hi @Diana298456236m8s,

 

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to restore your scans from an account closed.

 

Generally, your scans are stored in your account 14 days after you lose access for you to create a backup. If the days are over, I fear the files will be removed from the server and cannot be recovered.
