Lost several scanned photographs and painting

Very frustrated. On Oct 22nd or 23rd  I scanned several old family photos and a sketch. When I opened the app it asked share as pdf. I clicked no and now all are gone. Never had this problem with cam scanner.

Hi MartiP, 

 

As you have mentioned above, you scanned the family photos and sketch in the application. Did you save those images?

When you scan the images in the application, you have to save the images. It seems that the application gave you the option to Save as PDF when you open the application, as the images were not saved.

The share option appears only after saving the scans as PDF.

 

You may try taking the scan and check if the experience the similar behviour.
