Lots my scanned files

Hi All,

I had many scans over the years. However, all of those have disappeared suddenly. Kindly sugggest how I can get it back or how I can reach out to a customer care executive for adobe scan

Would you mind sharing more info for further investigation:

1. Have you checked the different accounts you might have used with Scan (Sign in with Adobe versus social sign-in)?
2. Which platform do you experience the issue with? Scan Android, Scan iOS, and Acrobat online. Please login to Acrobat Online (https://adobe.ly/3xUY7ie) using the same login credentials as in the app and confirm whether your files are visible in Acrobat online under the Documents section in the Adobe Scan folder.
3. Are all the scanned files missing, or only some files?
4. When did the issue start? Any details about any actions taken then?
5. Scan app build version, device model, and OS version.

Hi,

I checked all my accounts possible including the one linked with my email as well as adobe one.

I have checked via ios device as well as windows laptop

All my files have gone away

I noticed this issue in May, all the files prior have disappeared.

Checked via app and website both

Please help to retrieve

Please follow these steps to check for your files:

Login to Adobe Document Cloud using this link: Adobe Document Cloud.
Go to the Documents Tab.
Under 'Your Documents', click on the Adobe Scan Folder.
Check if you can locate your files there.

Note: Ensure you are using the correct Adobe ID (email) to log in.

Let us know if you find your files or if you need any further assistance!
