I think Im facing this issue since (day before yesterday) when i updated my iphone11 ios to 15.4  
please FIX this ISSUE.

This issue is observed in iOS version 15.4 only. Our team is working on it, we don't yet have a fix but as soon as we do we will release it at our next available opportunity and will notify you in the discussion link.
