I see it now, the subscription start from the 6th of July so I can still get the refund right? so how can I process the refund? since I already cancel the subscription?

I canceled the subscription early this afternoon coz I was charge for the subscription.Can I get a full refund? I was also being charge of Adobe AI assist.I can send you the screenshot of the amount deducted on my card.

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and I am unable to track any active/paid plan.

I see a canceled plan for the Adobe scan purchased on 11th June 2026 with a 7-day trial.
