Memory overflow: Above Scan occupies all the free memory in my device when I use it

Many times I  faced this problem, when I tried to create a PDF document of more than 25 scanned photos, it occupies all the free memory of my mobile. If iti a bug, then Adobe please fix this or please tell me what can I do about this.

    • Version of the OS and app installed on your device.
    • Screenshot of you described above.
    • How many scan usually trigger this problem.

    This is happening constantly with both my phone and my wife's phone. And iPhone promax 11 and an iPhone SE second generation.

     

    anytime we are over 20 pages in one document we are at about a 75% chance of the app failing when we try to save. To combat this we have tried just scanning a few additional pages at a time and are still having this issue.

     

    it does not crash when we are taking the pictures or creating the images, only when trying to save the project.

     

    this would be the perfect app except it is taking us 5 to 10 times longer than it would to simply take the pictures import them to my computer use Photoshop and a PDF creator due to constant crashes.

     

    we have duplicated this issue on an iPhone six and an iPhone 6 Plus, all of these phones were running the most recent operating system and updated version of the app.
