Merge Accounts

Hi,

I have an old free account for my adobe scan app. I do also have a paid adobe account and would like to use that one as well for adobe scan without losing my current scans. 

Is there a possibility to keep them? As the are not opening the last days and the app is crashimg when trying to download them, I am not able to make kind of a "back-up" of the previous scans.

 

Are there any opportunities for my endavour?

Hello Sandra,

 

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the experience you had with backing up the files from your previous account.

 

To make a back-up of the files, what you can do is log in to the online document cloud portal with the previous account and then download the files from there.
