Merging scans

Question

I am trying to merge 100 documents that I've scanned individually and I should be able to according to what my understanding of our plan is I paid the most you could possibly have the biggest plan and yet I can't do this I was told I had to upgrade in order to be able to I know yes I have logged out and logged back in and done all that and it still comes up like I'm not paying for anything but yet it shows the right name of the company of our company can anyone tell me why I should keep paying for this if it's not going to work I'm sorry I'm frustrated can someone just help me

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

What happens when you try to combine the PDF files? What is the workflow/steps you are doing to combine the files? A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful for more clarity.

Also, keep in mind that adding a large number of documents may result in a large file size, which might be harder to share or open on some devices.
