My underage younger brother took my phone and subscribed without my permission. Yesterday, on 20.12.2025, 3890 KZT was charged from my account. I kindly ask you to refund this amount. This was my last money. I am a student, and this is not a small amount for me. I am not financially well-off. Please understand my situation and return the money. Thank you.
