Missing Adobe Scan Files

Question

I am a free user of Adobe Scan. I have opened my app this morning and for a second I was able to see what appeared to be most of my files.

however, now when I open the app I can only see three files. All from August 2024, however any files before this are completely gone. Even on Acrobat in the "shared by you" folder it appears as if I have never shared a file when I definitely have. It is like all existence of me using this app has completely gone.

I have logged into acrobat and they are not there, I have tried the deleted files they are not there. This is my only account, it is also the same email as my Apple ID.

please help me locate all of my scans.

Would you mind sharing the Scan app build version, device model, and OS version?

Also try login to Acrobat Online (adobe.ly/3M1Odyv) using the same login credentials as in the app and confirm whether your files are visible in Acrobat online under the Documents section in the Adobe Scan folder.
