Missing documents

Not at all similar to other posts I've read, I scanned 50 pages via the Adobe Scan app, and saw that they needed time to upload to the Cloud. So I closed the app and went about my day. When I went to check on the progress of the upload, I saw that not only were the 50 pages missing, but also every other document I scanned over the last 2 years. Please help, this issue also potentially involved the linking of my Apple and school accounts. PLEASE

Could you confirm if you had gotten signed out from the app after closing the app? If yes, make sure you have signed in with the previously used email.

You can check your documents from https://acrobat.adobe.com in the Adobe Scan folder.
