Missing scans

Around the 25th of July I used this app to scan a copy of my lease since the landlord wasn't giving me a physical copy that day. Now I'm dealing with harassment and threats and need to send a copy to my lawyer and it's completely gone I can't find it anywhere in the scan app or my iPhone  or the clouds where did this scan go why has it vanished I've gone thru all folders searching for it and can't find it. It was In phone and on app first few days after it was scanned now that I need it no where to be found
