My scans saved on the app are missing.

Hello Pratik,

 

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

Are you getting a blank screen when opening Adobe Scan? If yes, please try the below steps:

1. Log out of the application;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back with the same credentials on the application.

 

You may also want to check if the files are available on Adobe Cloud storage: https://acrobat.adobe.com/.
