Mobile App login issue

Today when I opened the adobe scan app to view my documents, it asked me to login. While usually I put the app login automatically. I used the correct user name and password to login and it said "Access Denied". I contacted the customer service and he told me to reset my password. I did the exactly as he told. However when I tried to login again with my new password, it still said "Access Denied". Are there any solutions for this, please help me.

I usually used 'adobe scan' app well.
I tried to log in by running the app after a long time, but it suddenly says "Access denied" and I can't log in. I'm very embarrassed.
I can log in to web pages or clouds, but why is it like this? Did you solve this problem?

Same issue here. I haven't found the solution and the customer service wasn't very helpful.
