Most recent Scan not available or app crashes

Usually the app works well, but recently (maybe two weeks now) when I take a scan then rename it and finally create the PDF, I see it uploading to document cloud then the PDF disappears. Only after uploading another scan does the previous scan reappear. 
I have tried refreshing but it still doesn't show. 
Sometimes the app crashes after the pdf is uploaded to the Adobe Cloud. 

I use this app frequently and this issue has me considering other alternatives. 
Can anyone help?

I have understood your issue. I would like to know few things.

1. Please provide information about your OS version, application version and your subscription.

2. Are you using Android or IOS?

3. Is your internet speed and connection stable?

You can try rebooting your device. Then sign out and sign in back again. Try to test with a fresh scan after this. Please share the results.
