Question

Move Adobe Scan documents from one account to another

I somehow have 2 Adobe IDs and would like to consolidate under one. Most of my Adobe Scan documents were created using the account I would like to discontinue using. How would you recommend I go about moving documents from one Adobe ID account to another?

Hi @Sahil30652910l2mu,

Thank you for writing in!

From the above description, I cannot figure out how any personal documents are being uploaded.

Would you mind briefing us more, so we can look into it?

Thanks,

Souvik

Hi @Dave27751740vvl3,

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, I understand that you want to migrate data from one account to another.

There is no direct way to move the files from one account to another.

However, I would like to suggest a workaround. If you are using Android devices, you can download the scans from any one account and upload them to the My scans folder on your Adobe Cloud Storage of the other account, which would reflect there.

If you are on an iOS device, the files must be shared or opened manually after downloading and uploading them to the cloud storage.

You can access the My Scans folder from here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/

Let us know if this helps.

Anyone who is trying this, you have to upload it directly in the adobe scan folder. It will show up in the adobe scan app after sometime.
