Are you getting any error messages? If yes, please share a screenshot of the error for us to investigate better.

 

Also, let me know the below details:

1. The application version of Adobe Scan you are using;

2. Is it with a specific file or with all the files;

3. The operating system version you are using [Android/iOS];
