I have scan multiple times and saved in one file but can only retrieve first page

Thanks for reaching out. 

When you scan documents into an existing file or create a new file, the document needs to be saved manually. 

Also, you can try finding your documents online if the documents were scanned using the Adobe Scan app:

1. Go to https://adobe.ly/4l9wCnw - log in with the same Adobe ID that is present in the Adobe Scan app

2. Locate Documents > Scans
