Must use Adobe Acrobat Apps For Files

Question

Cannot get my paid / Purchased Adobe Apps from Apple iOS App Store to Allow me to use advanced options on The Apps I purchased ( they are purchase App Only Apps ) not subscription apps !!
it recognizes my email & Adobe account so why is it not allowing my Apps from App Store to work fully on my IPhone ??

As we have checked your account, it is not showing the subscription active. Do you have another email that might have the subscription active? If yes, please provide us on a private message so, we can check.
