My adobe scan app is not working, no scans in my archives and won’t convert photos anymore into PDFs

My adobe scan app is not working, no scans in my archives and won’t convert photos anymore into PDFs... Is anyone else experiencing this! I would use my scan app all the time without issue, but like a week ago it just wasn’t functioning correctly… Call my scan history is gone now. Then when I take pictures of some thing to convert it to a PDF, it won’t do it and it won’t convert even one photo into a PDF at all… It is constantly buffering. I don’t have this problem with any of my other applications on my iPhone.  Help!

I have an iPhone Xs Max... Software version… 12.3.1 and my app is version 19.06.20 for Adobe Scan

I too am having the same issue ~ acts like it is scanning / saving & then goes blank ~ no documents found on any platforms I can search . Very surprising because most Adobe products are excellent ~

    its not saving for me either. Then when I go to logout, it says that i have 2 pending scans that will be deleted if i logout. But i can’t find them

    I have the same question. It seems files aren't uploading to the cloud.
