My Adobe Scan ocr doesn’t work.

I'm using iPhone10 and iPad pro 2 

 

There isn't any error message but ocr didn't work after finishing rightly. 

How can I do ocr?

Thank you for reaching out and hope you are doing well.

 

As per your description, the OCR is not working. Please check if the Run Text Recognition option is enabled under the preferences. In the application, tap on the gear icon > Preferences. Check if the radio button is enabled.

 

Also, please confirm if you are scanning the document which is in the English language. If the language in the document is not English you will need to change the OCR language. Please refer to the steps provided in the following help document to make the changes under application preferences: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/adobescan/ios/en/settings.html

I set all the options you said and I can do OCR by about 6 pages. 

But if I try to do that many pages about more than 20, it stops to do that with loading message(I can't say what it is as it is Korean.. but).

So, does the app has pages or words numbers limit for OCR?
