• Is this on iPhone/iPad or Android, and which device model and OS version are you using?

• Which version of the Adobe Scan app is installed? Tap on the profile icon > About Adobe Scan

• Does the app close with every scan, or only with specific files or after a certain step, such as saving or sharing? A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

• Did this start after an app or OS update, and have you already tried reinstalling the app?
