My docs disappeared from application- Adobe scan

Somebody please help.

I lost all of my scanned documents.

Adobe scan logged me out and wouldn't let me log back in using Google.  When I went thru the create a new password nothing was there.

How the heck do I get my stuff back!!!

Hi All, 

 

Sorry for the trouble caused.

 

As the files are not appearing in the application, please check if you can find them on the Document Cloud.

- Open this link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/

- Sign in with the same credentials that were used for Adobe Scan application.

- After log-in, go to Files > Adobe Scan folder

- Check if the files appear there.

 

If the file are available on Document  Cloud, try the steps mentioned below.

- On the device, sign out of the Adobe Scan application.

- Uninstall the application.

- Reboot the device

- Then re-install the application from App Store.

 

If the issue persists, please share the Adobe Scan and iOS version on the device.

still no documents,  the most current on the cloud are May 2019.  I-phone 7.  the app was the adobe scan.

so all my scans june-current 2019 are missing

You should be able to login to Document Cloud to see your scans. Have you tried that? Try logging in here: https://documentcloud.adobe.com

Yeah tried using the browser log in. Didn't help @melissaLA88

I think it was the update.  As soon as I get my files back I'm deleting this app.  This is ridiculous

Logged in this morning and found the same thing. It asked me to log back in to my account and when I did, it was like I was new. Had to register a couple things and all my files are gone. Hopefully someone from Adobe will respond soon. Only thing that changed for me was updating IOS three days ago so that would be a strange delay if that's the reason.

Same thing happened to me @ 1600 today!
