My file is gone!

I scan for 1 hour straight and edit them for 2 hours, but after I save it, the file is gone! If it's like this, what's the point of subscibe? And now I can't even open the application!

@nunth_5421  If by chance your internet connection paused, or was interrupted for whatever reason during that 2-hour editing session, the app may have failed to "sync" to the cloud or if the file is massively large (if you are scanning for 2 hours straight which is going to b a massive file), the file and Adobe Scan likely got 'stuck' while 'uploading'. This is why I scan in batches first, save the PDF for good measure, and combine the PDFs into one with Acrobat.

 

I would double-check to see if you are indeed log into the correct Adobe account. I hav two accounts, one for a different work company, one has more AI credits than the other, go to https://www.adobe.com/files to see if the files are there.

I scan the new file and already save it, but when I edit it and save, now it's gone again. And I cannot open the application until I delete it and reinstall. It's the application broke and you said it's because of my file it to massive? Yes, maybe the old one was, because it's 190 pages. But this one is only 100 pages, and I even save it while edit, but when I edit more than half, it's gone again. It's my fault again right?

@nunth_5421 Try 10 pages and see if that still fails? Supposedly, you can only store and access files in Adobe cloud storage with 5 GB of free storage. So, if you run ut of space, that is also another reason too. I could have sworn, maybe am getting confused with another app,  but, I would really break it down to ven smaller pages, say 20-25, and then combine it later on. https://helpx.adobe.com/mobile-apps/help/adobe-scan-faq.html

I honestly have no issues when I need to use Adobe Scan, but, I also have a 100 gig Cloud availability
