My Files are gone

Hi, I was scanning a document with this app. I didn't know why when I tried to save it it took a long time and then get cancelled. After a while the text popped up said that my file was already saved. But as I checked my storage, cloud, etc that file didn't appear. I couldn't find it anywhere. How can I solve this? This is a really important file.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

 

The issue that you mentioned; is with a single file or all files in general? 

 

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. the app version of Adobe Scan you use (go to home-> Profile-> About Adobe Scan);

2. The OS of your device and its version;

3. If you checked for the file here: https://adobe.ly/41rfEel in the Adobe Scan folder (also checking if the Adobe ID you used to sign in is the same as on your device's app.
