My files disappeared from Adobe scan

j’ai votre application sur mon iPhone depuis le mois de février dernier ou j’avais en stock tous mes fichiers sauvegardés et je ne sais pour quel raison tous mes fichiers ont disparus hier soir !!! Pouvez vous svp m’expliquer la raison et pouvez vous me les récupérer en urgence svp ?

Hi Fmachado,

 

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

As you are not able to view files in the application, please check the Adobe Scan files on Document Cloud.

Open this link and sign in uisng the same credentials that you used for Adobe Scan application.

Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folders. Check if you can view all your files.

 

Try once the steps provided below:

- Sign out of the Adobe Scan application

- Reboot the device

- Then sign in again.

Check if that helps.

You may also try to uninstall and re-install of the application.
