My personal document are deleted how I can recover it

I am writing to request your assistance regarding the recovery of my personal documents that were accidentally deleted from my Adobe account. These documents were very important and were stored within the Adobe application (such as Adobe Scan / Adobe Acrobat).

Despite checking all possible locations, including the Trash/Deleted files section and cloud storage, I have been unable to locate or restore the deleted documents. I kindly request you to please check from your end whether these files can be recovered through backup or any other internal recovery process.

Hi ​@Ankish PandayHope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.once files are permanently deleted from an Adobe cloud accountthey can’t be recovered.A few things you can double-check, just in case:Make sure you’re logged into the correct Adobe ID (personal vs work/school accounts).Check the Trash/Deleted section on the Acrobat web portal as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/work-with-cloud-documents/manage-and-restore-files/restore-deleted-files.html, as deleted files are retained there for a limited time before permanent removal.If the files were synced from a device (mobile or desktop), see if any local copies, device backups, or third-party cloud backups (Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive, etc.) may still have a copy.We recommend keeping a secondary backup of important documents (for example, local storage or another cloud provider), as deleted files can’t be recovered once they’re permanently removed from the Trash.~Amal
