My recent saved scans are disappearing without deleting it.

All my scans done today have disappeared. I rename the scan, then save it and moments later it disappear. Also not appearing on Adobe online. I logged out and log back in, but it still nothing. The only way now was to email the scan immediately to my email and right thereafter it still disappeared. At least I get the email and then can save it to my PC. This never happened before. What is causing this?

      Hope youa re doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

       

      Would you mind sharing the version of the Scan app and the OS you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Adobe Scan and try updating it to the latest version available on the App/Play Store and reboot the device once. 

       

      If it still doesn’t work, please share a small video recording of you trying to scan documents and the scans getting disappeared for further checking.

       

      Also please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/mobile-apps/help/adobe-scan-faq.html and check the section “Why are my scanned documents missing” and see if that works.

      Me too! Very frustrating. Started happening about 9 am est.
