My scan disappeared even though I didn’t delete it

    My scan disappeared even though I didn’t delete it. Only 1 scan which had near 100 pages. I scanned it using the Adobe scanner mobile app with IPhone12. that file was very important please help! Before that, that file was uploaded to Cloud storage, then I needed to change it and after that for some reason I couldn’t upload it back to Cloud storage and it disappeared.

      Please describe the exact steps that you have taken.

       

      Modifying a 100-pages PDF file on an iPhone is a huge task. I would transfer the scan to my PC to do that.
