My scan is not in the cloud

I take scans on my phone with the App...it says they are uploading, but they do not appear in my cloud account..any suggestions? Thanks

Hi Paulc,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/  from your browser on the device or on a desktop.

Then log in with the same credentials that you use to log-in to the application.

Go to Files > Document Cloud > Adobe Scan

Check if you can find the files there.

Please make sure that the application is updated to the latest patch released.

Try once to log out from the application and then log-in again.

Check if you experience any issue.

I am having the same issue

All my recent scans are gone !
