The Adobe Scan mobile app is integrated with Adobe cloud storage to help you stay connected, productive, and collaborative from any location and any device. With a free sign-up to Adobe cloud storage, you can:

  • Store and access files in Adobe cloud storage with 5 GB of free storage.
  • Sync your files to Adobe cloud storage and get instant access across desktop, mobile, and web.
  • Share your files with others without having to deal with messy email threads and attachments.

Visit Adobe cloud storage and go to Documents > Scans to check if your documents are saved there. If the files still don’t appear, check that no files are still uploading to the cloud. Then, try restarting the app or your device, and clear the app’s cache to refresh its data.

Note:

We also suggest that you verify your Adobe cloud storage to ensure you haven’t exceeded the storage limit.

@la_2616 A likely cause could be insufficient storage space on your iPhone, so the first step is to check your device's available storage and free up space if it's nearing capacity. Another common reason for saving issues is a poor or unstable internet connection, especially if you have cloud sync enabled; ensure you have a strong Wi-Fi or cellular data signal. Force-closing the Adobe Scan app and reopening it can sometimes resolve temporary glitches that might be preventing the save process. Additionally, make sure your Adobe Scan app is up to date by checking for updates in the App Store, as older versions might have bugs that have since been fixed. If the problem persists, try restarting your iPhone, as this can often clear underlying system issues that might be affecting app functionality. As a last resort, if you continue to experience saving failures, consider uninstalling and then reinstalling the Adobe Scan app, which can resolve more persistent software problems, though you might lose any unsaved scans in progress.
