Name won't update - bug

Hello,

This is a relatively minor issue, but an annoyance nonetheless. Even though I updated my name in my Adobe ID account online, the app refuses to update it, despite clearing data, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc etc.

Any chance this could be fixed?

Hello,

I was actually referring to the name of the user found in the hamburger menu, not pdf file names.

However, upon reinstalling the app on another phone, it seems to have fixed the issue.

Sorry for the delay in response.

We did try to replicate the issue in the Adobe Scan application at our end on the Android device.

We were able to rename the file without any issues.

Please make sure that the application is updated to the latest patch released.

Try to sign out and uninstall the application.Then re-install and sign-in again.

Check if you still experience the issue.

If the issue still occurs, let us know the device and the OS version installed.

Share the exact version of the application.

Also, share the steps you do to rename the file.
