I'm getting a " not supported" prompt when I try to email a copy of a scanned invoice

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

I tried reproducing the issue on my end, and it worked fine.

 

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The application version of Adobe Scan you are using;

2. The operating system [Android/iOS] you are using and its version;

3. A screen recording of the workflow you are following for a better understanding;

4. The file you are experiencing the issue with to reproduce the issue in-house [You may share the file with me on private messages. To do so, click on my profile name-> click on the blue button that says "Send a message"]
