Need help with refund

Order Id GPA.3314-6505-1357-63530..0 - I purchased scan premium by mistake on 22 mar, I have raised cancelation request on 23 march, as per cancelation policy i should get full refund. Kindly help

      Hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear about the confusion with your subscription purchase.

       

      Since you purchased Scan Premium on March 22 and submitted a cancellation request on March 23, you are absolutely entitled to a refund under the cancellation policy.

       

      To help you further, I’ll just need a bit more information:

      • Have you raised the cancellation request on the Google Play Store or with Adobe?

      • Have you gotten any confirmation email about the cancellation request? Once the cancellation request gets processed, the user gets an email confirmation with the cancellation/refund details.

      I have raised request at both plat form but from Google play store they mentioned that I am not eligible for refund although from adobe I have not received any response yet so I raised this on this platform
