Need help with refund

Yesterday 27 March 2026 I purchased the free trial of Adobe scan but it deducted the whole amount from my bank that is ₹6200. After that I cancelled the subscription from Google Play Store and GPA no. Is GPA.3345-2457-3158-32287 am attaching the invoice as well. But google is saying it against our refund policy. I filled the refund form from your website still I got no response please look into my situation.
