No more space, but subscribed

In the added pics, it shows that I upgraded to the $9.99 per month subscription, but I STILL can't save my scans. I keep getting a pop-up saying I need to upgrade in order to save more items because the free space is used up. I'm paid....What's going on?

 

I even logged out and logged back in. Thanks!

Hi Starlitsheen,

 

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

As you get the error messages when you try to save the scanned file, try to check the same on Document Cloud.

- Open this link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/

- Sign in using the same credentials that you use for Adobe Scan application.

- Click on the Upload file icon.

- Then try uploading any file directly on Document Cloud.

Check if you get any error messages or the file uploads without any issues.
